These terms of service (\"Terms\") govern your use of our website. <a href=\"https:\/\/accountantsafb.com\/\">https:\/\/accountantsafb.com<\/a> (the \"Site\") and the professional services we provide through the Site. By accessing, browsing or engaging any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request our services.<\/p><hr \/><h2>1. Purpose<\/h2><p>The Firm provides accounting, tax and consulting advisory and auditing services, as well as any other services described on the Site. Users and registration<\/h2><ol><li><p>The Site is intended for individuals or legal entities with legal capacity to contract.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To request quotations or contract services, the user must complete the corresponding forms, providing real and truthful data.<\/p><\/li><li><p>We reserve the right to refuse any service request at the Firm's discretion, without the need to justify the decision.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr \/><h2>3. Contracting of services<\/h2><ol><li><p>The contract is formalized when the Firm sends the client an expressly accepted proposal or quotation and, if applicable, when the client makes the agreed initial payment.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The terms, rates and scope of services will be detailed in the specific proposal or contract.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Any change in scope must be agreed in writing and may result in price or time adjustments.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr \/><h2>5.
