Welcome to AFB Accountants ("the Firm", "we", "us", "our"). These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of our website. https://accountantsafb.com (the "Site") and the professional services we provide through the Site. By accessing, browsing or engaging any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request our services.

1. Purpose

The Firm provides accounting, tax and consulting advisory and auditing services, as well as any other services described on the Site. These Terms govern both access to the Site and the engagement and provision of such services.

2. Users and registration

1. The Site is intended for individuals or legal entities with legal capacity to contract.

2. To request quotations or contract services, the user must complete the corresponding forms, providing real and truthful data.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any service request at the Firm's discretion, without the need to justify the decision.

3. Use of the Site

1. The user undertakes to use the Site in a lawful manner, respecting applicable legislation, good customs and the rights of third parties.

2. It is forbidden:

   • Any fraudulent or malicious use.

   • Introduce viruses, malware or malicious code.

   • Collect data from other users without their consent.

3. We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Site in the event of any breach.

4. Contracting of services

1. The contract is formalized when the Firm sends the client an expressly accepted proposal or quotation and, if applicable, when the client makes the agreed initial payment.

2. The terms, rates and scope of services will be detailed in the specific proposal or contract.

3. Any change in scope must be agreed in writing and may result in price or time adjustments.

5. Intellectual Property

1. All the contents of the Site (texts, images, logos, documents, software) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of the Firm or of third parties who have authorized us.

2. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express authorization is prohibited.

3. The user may download or print excerpts for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Data Protection

7. Exemption from liability

1. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of the Site or services.

8. Limitation of liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the service in question.

2. This limitation shall not affect inalienable rights recognized by applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on the Site with the applicable "Effective Date". Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted according to the laws of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any conflict, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
